“Last year I started attending Qigong classes, at first it was a mystery to me, then I started to develop an interest and liking. It’s very catchy and the moves are harmonious with the melodies and music. I have gained a lot of flexibility and what I like most is that there are no tight rules in Qigong as you can do what you can and it is designed according to the individual’s needs.

Kail is a great teacher and he facilitates according to the individual’s ability. Overall, it’s been an enjoyable experience and I have benefited a lot from the classes.”

“I started Qigong a year ago and I can honestly say it is the best thing I’ve done, all the exercises are so calming and healing and Kail is a wonderful teacher as he explains the energetic meaning behind every move.
I love his passion on this art and he goes beyond to explain medical research on body healing through Qigong. I am so grateful to be doing Qigong.”

“I’m a 24-hour carer for my husband, it is very challenging. Therefore, when I am doing a Qigong session, it is one of the mind and body exercises that helps me reduce stress and anxiety. It helps me to relax with breathing techniques and relaxes with the easy movement. I really look forward to going to my class and feel relaxed; they have delivered the best to me.
Highly recommended!”

“I have attended Qigong classes held by Kail for over two years.
It is a wonderful exercise and Kail is a very confident and knowledgeable instructor.
This form of exercise offers physical and spiritual wellbeing at the same time.”

“Since I been attending Kail’s Qigong sessions two years ago, I feel a vast improvement in my mental and physical well-being. My blood pressure has stabilised, I feel calmer and more grounded. Great relief with my arthritis pain. I really look forward every (ex-) Friday after a stressful week. Kail is a very professional, caring and patient tutor.”

“I have been going to Kail’s Qigong classes for over 2 years now and it’s been very beneficial to me after my knee surgery.
Kail has the ability to demonstrate techniques in a friendly way and explains each movement. My general mobility, flexibility and balance has improved.”

“Kail’s classes are my gift to me. Coming to Qigong is a time to be in the moment. Enjoying the gentle movements and not to think of all the pressures of life.”

“I find Qigong gentle but strong, slow but powerful. I find Qigong helps me to focus better and tone my muscles.”

“I have benefited by attending Kail’s Qigong class. It is a very gentle and flowing exercise and has really helped me to relax and most of all it has helped with my anxiety. Also, it gives me a lot of energy. I will definitely continue attending the classes.”

“I’ve been attending the Qigong sessions for a few weeks now and am really enjoying them. Kail is a very caring and compassionate facilitator and makes sure I always feel welcome and at ease. He demonstrates the moves and explains them well and I find the practice very gentle on the body and mind.

The music is wonderful too, helping me to relax and transport myself anywhere in the world. The sessions help me to relax and let go of my everyday worries, providing me with a space and time to care for myself.”

“I have only recently started coming to classes, but have already noticed the difference.  The movements are easy to do and flow into one another.

Kail explains the benefits on you as we go along.  I do feel more peaceful after the exercises as I have concentrated and focused on the class.”

“Kail plays soothing music while doing the exercises and explains the health benefits as well.  I can feel the energy around is very calming.  I feel more energy when we are in a group.  I have learnt to deal with anxiety with deep breathing.

We do outside sessions on sunny days, connecting to earth and nature feels so refreshing.”

“The way Kail combines Qigong techniques with very calming soft music is excellent.  These classes have helped me to reduce my back and knee pain. Further, his amazing techniques have helped me to reduce my weight and stress levels. I am so grateful to him for carrying out his work in a very professional way. Many thanks to Kail for his style of teaching.”

“Kail is very knowledgeable and passionate about Qigong. His classes have benefited me mentally and physically for which I am so grateful.

Keep it up Kail and all the best in your well-being journey.”

“This was my first introduction to Qigong. The class was peaceful and respectful but focussed. It was an extremely thorough exercise routine without seeming too strenuous, although it was evident after the class was finished that my body had worked quite hard.  I found the breathing sections particularly helpful and incorporate them still.
Kail was an excellent instructor, modelling the movements comprehensively and adapting some of them for those of us with mobility issues. It was a very inclusive class and his gentle manner was very encouraging. Highly recommended.”

“Qigong has been a fantastic activity for our unpaid carers in Harrow and I would highly recommend Kail’s classes to anyone looking for a professional instructor who provides that safe and warming space where people can positively connect.

I have heard many lovely comments about the life changing benefits of Kail’s classes, bringing mind and body together as one, along with improved confidence and life balance.

Seeing the class in action is like watching a butterfly floating on a warm breeze … “
