As a Qigong practitioner, I cannot, of course, guarantee any cures or resolution of any health issue to anyone; it would be unethical to do so, but if someone is willing to do these exercises regularly and with self-belief, dedication and motivation, then they should be able to bring about benefits to their health and overall well-being (see the Testimonials section). Qigong is, after all, a fine tradition within the holistic health industry, it complements conventional medical treatment, it never replaces it, so those doing these classes will have checked with their GP/Health professional first, for suitability, if they need to; it’s always wise to do so if you have certain conditions. Likewise, adjusting any medication is wholly for you to discuss with your GP/specialist and is not in the remit or scope of these classes, and I cannot offer any advice on your medication.
